SDSU Aztecs Lose to NC State

The SDSU Aztecs lost in the second round of the NCAA Tourney Friday.

In sports, you can coach a lot of things. Technique, strategy, even speed. But you can't coach size. You've got it or you don't.

In the 2nd round of the NCAA Tournament, North Carolina St. had size while San Diego State didn't.

The Wolfpack (taller at almost every position, even off the bench) won 79-65, scoring the vast majority of their points inside of 15 feet while the Aztecs relied far too much on long-distance shooting.

N.C. State plays the winner of the Belmont-Georgetown game for a spot in the Sweet 16.

SDSU finishes the season with 26 wins, still a tremendous year for a team that very little was expected of.
