Mayor Under Fire: Dems Call 2nd Special Meeting

Democrats have called another special meeting Thursday to reconsider whether they will ask Mayor Bob Filner for his resignation. This after a third alleged victim comes forward to KPBS, accusing Filner of sexual harassment. NBC 7’s Mark Mullen reports.
