Chula Vista Passes Gun Restrictions

On Tuesday, Chula Vista became the first local city to pass new gun restrictions since the Newtown school shooting. The resolution will keep military-style weapons and high capacity magazines off the streets. NBC 7’s Nicole Gonzales reports.
