Tillerson Says ‘America First' Should Not Come at Expense of Other Countries

Secretary of State Rex Tillerson tried to mitigate President Donald Trump’s motto “America First” with a softer take on the sometimes controversial stance, telling State Department employees at a Wednesday meeting that it’s “America First for national security and economic prosperity,” but that it “doesn’t mean it comes at the expense of others.”
