Stallone Uses ‘Rocky' Steps to Inspire

Nearly 40 years after the world came to know Sylvester Stallone as “Rocky,” the actor returned the the steps in front of the Philadelphia Museum of Art to promote his new film “Creed” and inspire children with dreams.
