Seattle ‘Gum Wall' To Get Scrub Down

For the first time in 20 years, Pike Place Market plans to clean all the gum off their famous “Gum Wall.” The market says a total scrub down is needed because of the sugar in the gum, and that an estimated one million gum wads cover the wall.
