Ryan: Texas Shooter Should Not Have Gotten a Gun

House Speaker Paul Ryan expressed frustration that the suspected gunman in Sunday’s Texas church shooting was able to get a gun after being convicted of domestic abuse. Ryan said more needs to be done to enforce the “laws on the books.”
