Researchers Raise Concerns Over Car Seat Safety

Despite all the warnings for parents to secure their children in car seats, the message does not seem to be getting through to everyone. Researchers at Brighham and Women’s Hospital in Boston say they are shocked by how many children are killed in crashes because of not being properly restrained.
