Rep. McCarthy: Biden Won the Election

House Minority Leader Rep. Kevin McCarthy, R-Calif., acknowledged Wednesday that President-elect Joe Biden won the election. “Joe Biden will be sworn in as president in one week because he won the election,” McCarthy said.
