Raw Video: Capitol Shooting Evacuation Scenes

The U.S. Capitol was briefly placed on lockdown Thursday afternoon after shots were fired outside. Witnesses reported ten to 15 “rapid shots”. Emergency responders were later seen treating apparent victims. The F.B.I., U.S. Capitol Police, the Secret Service and several other agencies are investigating.
