Officer Not Charged With Fatal Shooting of Keith Lamont Scott

North Carolina prosecutors said Tuesday Officer Brentley Vinson will not be charged with the shooting death of Keith Lamont Scott. The 2016 shooting of Scott, a black man, sparked two nights of protests in downtown Charlotte.
