California is the ATM of political candidates. They come here to raise money..lots of money. The issue now is Hollywood versus the Silicon Valley. Two very wealthy and powerful groups pitted against each other. Kathy Kiely is the managing editor of the Washington D.C. based Sunlight Foundation. The foundation is a non-partisan organization dedicated to transparency in government.
