Becerra Talks Health Care Reform

Congressman Xavier Becerra (D- Los Angeles) was one of the congressional architects of the Affordable Care Act which some call “Obamacare.” He talked about last week’s examination by the U.S. Supreme Court on whether the act is constitutional or not.
