Japan Reacts to North Korean Missile Fired Over Country

North Korea fired another missile over Japan Friday. The missile flew over the island of Hakkaido and landed in the Pacific Ocean. Experts estimate the ballistic missile flew over 2,300 miles, which would mean it is capable of reaching Guam.
