Father and Son Set Atlantic Crossing Record

Nico and Vittorio Malingri arrived in the Guadeloupe port town of Pointe-a-Pitre on April 20. The journey took 11 days, one hour and nine minutes after leaving Dakar, Senegal, in their sailboat, setting an Atlantic crossing record between those two ports.
