Daughter of Slain Kissimmee Sgt. Surprised on Her Birthday

Law enforcement officers came together Monday to surprise the daughter a Florida police officer who was shot in the line of duty on Aug. 18. Unique Howard turned 17 two days after the death of her father, Kissimmee Police Sgt. Richard “Sam” Howard.
