BSO Says Man Said He was Planning to Jump From Cruise Ship

A man who jumped off a Royal Caribbean cruise ship had been involved in a domestic disturbance with his partner and and had declared that he was planning to jump, Broward Sheriff’s Officials said Monday. Bernardo Garcia Teixeira was aboard the Oasis of the Seas about 17 miles from the Turks and Caicos islands when he jumped from the ship just before 4 a.m. Friday, BSO officials said. Meanwhile, attorney Michael Winkleman denies BSO’s claims.
