Woman Sues City for Gaslamp Cab Crash

Dominique Gambale, a woman whose leg was crushed in a taxi accident, is suing San Diego after a taxi crushed her left. Gambale tells NBC 7 reporter Mari Payton that the city should have prevented the driver from being on the road.
