Woman Struck, Killed in Lincoln Park

A white vehicle traveling east on Logan struck a woman in her 20s who was crossing the street outside of a crosswalk. The driver told police he didn’t see her and didn’t have time to brake. Witness Alexandria Thomas described what happened to NBC 7’s Nicole Gonzales.
