Will Beach Alcohol Ban Impact Bayfair's Future?

The more than 100,000 visitors expected at the San Diego Bayfair this weekend were no longer be allowed to drink alcohol anywhere on the beach. That has some worried about the boat races’ future. NBC 7’s Liberty Zabala explains the new policy and where attendees were allowed to drink.
