Victims Moms Protest Sex Offender Release

There is growing public outcry over the pending release of an infamous sexual predator in San Diego County. 70-year-old Douglas Badger is diagnosed as “schizo-effective” and “sexually sadistic”. Two local mothers, tragically familiar with that profile, spoke out against his release. NBC 7’s Gene Cubbison reports.
