Police Send Drunk Decoy to Liquor Stores

A multi-agency drunk decoy operation was conducted in San Marcos and Escondido in which officials sent an undercover officer to licensed establishments. Acting obviously intoxicated, the officer attempted to buy booze from stores. NBC 7’s Candice Nguyen reports.
