Two Parolees Led Police on Pursuit

Police say just before 10 p.m. Thursday they tried to pull over a yellow BMW near First Avenue and Cedar Street for running stop signs. The driver took off, but crashed the car into a stop sign and a tree, and was arrested. The passenger ran into the Holiday Inn across the street. Police sent in a K-9 to find the man and arrest him also. The dog found him, bit him and kept him from fleeing. Police tell us both men where heavily intoxicated.
