Truck Explosion Evacuates Neighborhood

Just before 5 p.m. Thursday in the 12000 of Via Hacienda in Rancho San Diego, a woman started her truck’s engine and was ejected by an explosion. The neighborhood had to be evacuated and left some people’s nerves rattled.
