Toddler Struck by Drunk Driver Goes Home

Little Izaiah Wallis was in a stroller being pushed by his grandfather, when an SUV plowed into them on a sidewalk in Oceanside October 18, 2010. The 17-year old driver of the car was drunk. Izaiah, now 2-years-old is set to return home. His family tells Mari Payton they are happy but know the work has just begun.
