Teen Accused of Starting Cocos Fire Appears in Court

A teenage girl accused of starting the Cocos Fire appeared in juvenile court Wednesday. The raging wildfire destroyed nearly 40 homes in the San Marcos area last May. NBC 7’s Megan Tevrizian reports on the suspect’s demeanor and what was discussed in court.
