Target Offers Discount to Consumers after Security Breach

Target stores will offer a 10 percent discount to customers after company officials recently announced the retailer had been the victim of a security breach. Hackers may have accessed credit and debit card information of some 40 million cardholders. NBC 7’s Consumer Bob reports.
