Stabbing Shines Light on Mental Illness

On Monday, the man accused of stabbing a stranger 40 times pleaded not guilty. Odie Miller’s family says he has severe mental illness, but can’t force him to get help because he’s over 18. NBC 7’s Megan Tevrizian reports.
