South Bay Intersection Still Dangerous Despite Stop Light

Last month, an elderly man was killed crossing Beyer Boulevard near the San Ysidro Health Center. Although a stop light has been added down the road, pedestrians continue to jaywalk. NBC 7’s Diana Guevara explains why.
