Deputies are searching for the suspects involved in a shooting at an apartment complex in Vista. Multiple shots were fired early in the morning. NBC 7’s Elena Gomez reports.
Deputies with the San Diego County Sheriff's Department are looking for the people involved in a shooting at a Vista apartment complex.
Several people reported hearing shots fired just before 2 a.m. Tuesday, at the Pepperwood Apartment Complex on University Drive.
Deputies found an upstairs unit and several cars in the parking lot peppered with multiple handgun rounds.
Investigators said a fight apparently broke out between residents of the apartment unit and at least one other person.
Deputies said everyone who may have been involved in the fight and shooting had left the apartment complex before they arrived.
No injuries have been reported.
