A 13-year-old who was reported missing in Poway has been found safe along with her dog, the San Diego County Sheriff's Department said Wednesday night.
The teen was last seen leaving her home at 3:30 p.m. Tuesday to take the family dog on a walk and did not show, SDSO said.
