Sexual Assault Accused at CSU San Marcos Fraternity

Crime warnings about alleged sexual assault involving the Tau Kappa Epsilon fraternity are posted all over the Cal State San Marcos campus just as students head back to school. The fraternity has had a troubled past with the university, but one student says the accusations are false. NBC 7’s Liberty Zabala reports.
