Santee father demonstrates after daughter allegedly touched inappropriately at school

The Santee School District has been investigating a complaint that one student inappropriately touched another. The children involved are both in kindergarten. NBC 7’s Dave Summers spoke with the father of the alleged victim on March 7, 2024.
