San Diego: Gateway for Sex Trafficking

Demonstrators marched on El Cajon Blvd Saturday to bring awareness to human trafficking and sexual slavery. At this moment, an estimated 27 million people are enslaved. While it’s commonly seen in foreign countries, it’s also happening right here in San Diego. NBC 7’s Chris Chan spoke with Kari Kruse, a woman who was kidnapped at the age of 14, and demonstrator Roy Cullins.
