San Diego Unified's universal TK opens enrollment, private preschools take hit

Early enrollment for San Diego Unified “Universal Transitional Kindergarten” starts next week. This year, the district is adding 15 more classrooms to keep up with the expanding enrollment. NBC 7’s Shellye Leggett finds out why not everyone is excited about those growing numbers.
