San Diego police officer shot in head, suspect dead after shootout in 4S Ranch

An investigation is underway at a shopping center in the 4S Ranch area of San Diego after an invsetigation into a stolen car turned into a shootout with a suspect. One officer was shot in the head. NBC 7’s Jackie Crea has details.
