Increased Security at 2013 Rock ‘n' Roll Marathon

As thousands of runners arrived for the 2013 Rock ‘n’ Roll Marathon, they noticed an increased security following the bombing at the Boston Marathon. As NBC 7’s Chris Chan reports, that increase in security didn’t distract many from their goal.
