Recycled Water Could Go to Escondido Farms

Avocado and citrus farmers in Escondido could soon see cheaper water bills. The city is proposing to triple the size of their recycled water line to send the water to local farmers, instead of dumping it in the ocean. NBC 7’s Elena Gomez reports.
