Businesses operating on the sand rally against City of San Diego's beach business ‘ban'

Some San Diego businesses have built themselves on the sand of our beaches. Now, the city is cracking down — saying they can’t operate on the beach. But as one business owner told NBC 7’s Adonis Albright – that hasn’t always been the case.
