Protesters Stop Traffic on I-5 in La Jolla

Protesters walked on to the I-5 at Nobel Drive Wednesday morning, making it the second time in less than 12 hours protesters went onto local freeways. CHP had to issue a Sig Alert Tuesday night when protesters walked on to the 15 freeway near University Avenue. NBC 7’s Rory Devine has the latest.
