Problems Signing Up for Covered California

On Monday, President Obama assured the nation that glitches with the national health care Web site would be fixed soon. While California’s site is running more smoothly than the national site, it’s not problem-free. NBC 7’s Monica Dean reports on the biggest problem with the state site.
