Prisoner Releases Concern City Heights Residents

About a hundred residents showed up for a community forum Wednesday night to make sure the county can handle this extra workload. Many City Heights residents say there’s a lot of crime that goes on in their neighborhood. Some blame it on the ex- cons who often end up in the low-income area. Tony Shin reports.
