Power Plant Proposal Draws Static

University City residents are gathering in opposition Monday evening to a major power plant proposed for a site a short distance away from thousands of homes and businesses. NBC 7 reporter Gene Cubbison spoke to City Councilwoman Sherri Lightner and the power plant manager, Peter Sawicki, about the proposition and what it would mean for University City.
