New Details in El Capitan Reservoir Fatal Boat Crash

Strong emotions tonight after San Diego Police announced the department won’t recommend criminal charges in the East County boating accident. That crash killed two young men. The boater who survived the crash has been identified as 78-year-old Edward Davies. NBC 7’s Candice Nguyen has more from police and friends of the victims.
