Pigeon-Toed Bandit Caught on Tape

Police are asking for the public’s assistance catching a suspect known as the “pigeon-toed bandit” who may be responsible for five robberies. He robbed Loma Cabrillo Drug located at 955 Catalina Blvd. on Christmas Eve and he is wearing a Santa hat in the video.
