Pic Shows Sailboat Before Deadly Accident

Shelter Island residents Diana Roberts and Stanley Pendleton saw an overloaded boat that seemed out of place on San Diego Bay Sunday. They were so shocked, they decided to take a picture. It turns out the boat captured in the image is the same one that capsized Sunday evening, killing two and injuring eight others.
