Estranged Wife Sues Elderly Man Convicted of Killing His Son

The estranged wife of a man who was shot and killed by his elderly father has filed a lawsuit claiming wrongful death. Annette Peck claims $23 million in damages for herself and $18 million in damages for their son after her husband Robbie Peck was shot and killed.
