Parolee Disables GPS Tracker, Shocked He's Caught: Deputies

Registered sex offender Jeremy Stutzman is accused of sexually assaulting two women in a Vista apartment then cutting off his GPS tracking bracelet. Deputies say Stutuzman was shocked he had been found when they arrested him hours after the manhunt began. Tony Shin reports.
