Community Petition Leads to Renaming of Park in PB to Honor 2 Black Educators

The Pacific Beach Middle Joint Use Field will be renamed to the Fannie and William Payne Joint Use Field in honor of two black educators who made history in San Diego. NBC 7’s Melissa Adan reports.
