Officer, Wounded Vet Pic Goes Viral

A picture of a state park employee talking to a group of people helping wounded veterans at Cardiff State Beach on Veterans Day has gone viral. The officer approached Operation Amped and the Travis Manion Foundation because they didn’t have to proper permit for their surfing event. NBC 7 military reporter Bridget Naso has the story.
